Please Go Into Your ControlPanel/Sounds Settings and Make Sure The Microphone You Want Is Set To System Default, The Game Won't Work as Intended Other-Wise.
I Recommend Wearing Headphones, So The Game Audio Doesn't Mess With The Voice Recognition. Or Don't... Still Works Like 90% of The Time.
